RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with Roots Botanical. If you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and know that you can trust us to make it right.
 

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we’re here to help. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to making the refund or exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Our goal is to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing we’ve got your back.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

    • Certain items, such as [list any non-returnable items, e.g., perishable goods, personalized products], are exempt from returns unless defective or damaged.

  2. Timeframe:

    • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

  3. Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at rootsbotanical@lyaeuslabs.com

    • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to best proceed.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, unless otherwise specified. 

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  5. Exchanges:

    • We are not currently excepting exchanges at this time.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
